Dreamweaver Nested Templates
Nested Templates are one of the features of Dreamweaver MX2004, but it may be difficult to determine why you'd nest templates, let alone how. Here's a good tutorial from Patty Ayers' thethepattysite: Dreamweaver Nested Templates.
Patty also offers a set of pre-written Web Design Contracts. I haven't tried them, but some may find them helpful.
