Preventing Credit Card Chargebacks
I've mentioned Merchant911.org before (a quick search for "merchant911″ here will give you the posts), but I just got their email announcing that they've converted their "Preventing E-Commerce Chargebacks" course into an affordable CD ROM.
The new site, preventchargebacks.com, has the details … as well as a few fraudulent chargeback horror stories. I haven't tried the course or the CD ROM, but these folks are dedicated.

Just wanted to let you and your readers know that the CD and Download versions are identical to the original web-interactive version but, unlike the original, there's no time limits.
We also will email course 'graduates' updates on the latest e-commerce scams and how to fight them.
