Lynda on future of Flash and PDF
Over at the cre8asiteforums, Frank Elley mentioned Lynda Weinman on What's Next for Flash in 2006.
The article is densely packed with "basic" information, and Lynda's conjecture about what may be coming. I sincerely hope that all of it will come to pass, especially a tighter integration between Flash and Adobe applications — especially PDF files.
I'd not known that PDFs currently support video *and* music; I'll have to look into that, as I have need of it. (Not sure if that means video embedded in Flash.)
The idea that PDFs might, in future, embed entire Flash applications, is thrilling. I find it breathtaking.
