Adobe Photoshop CS3 Beta
I've been hanging on to this in my bookmarks for a while, so pardon me if it's late, but I found the link to Adobe Labs' Adobe Photoshop CS3 Beta. Looks like you can get a free temporary serial number.

Added: Adobe's new newsletter announces that they're actually coming out with two versions of Photoshop CS3 — the regular CS3 and Photoshop CS3 Extended, which incorporates 3D functionality:
